This is fine furniture for your kitchen. Your custom made stove-top board will dazzle your guests and add natural beauty you can appreciate for generations to come. The board is meticulously crafted using furniture making practices taught to me by my grandfather. No corners are cut and your board could easily double as a table if only it had legs to go with it.
This beautiful patterned wooden stove top board increases your counter space, protects your stove, and adds a beautiful surface for food preparation.
It can be customized to fit your exact stove size, style, and dimensions. Available in many different types of wood.
These are made to order pieces. I hand select the wood for grain pattern and beauty. No stove board is the same as the next so they are all unique pieces. I consider them functional art and some clients like them so much they hand them on the wall!
If you would like a custom sized stove board then visit our shop home page at https://www.etsy.com/shop/CumberlandDesign and click the "Request Custom Order" button and send me a short message. Then I will respond promptly and we can discuss what you would like me to build.
Feel free to message me with any questions you have. We will respond in the same day guaranteed.
All stove boards come with rubber feet unless sides are specified or you would rather not have them.
Our stove boards are solid hardwood. We use real Cherry, Walnut, and Maple. The wood is not stained and what you see is the natural beauty of the wood itself.
Part of the price of the board is the care we put into the packaging and shipping materials. We spend an hour per board packing and making sure your board arrives in perfect condition.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
It's a good idea to oil your natural wood products every year. I recommend Walrus Oil. Walrus Oil is food safe and can be purchased in small quantities on Amazon. Just pour a generous amount on your cutting board and rub it in with a clean rag. Then let your cutting board dry for a day or two.
